Her work is full of color and the forms she creates reveal a sense of humour and ‘cheek’ that is in keeping with Ms. Gwazela’s response to life and art. At the moment she has three series that she is producing, African styled-Houses; Posture Pots that are animated vases and perfume bottles; and the Africa series that are texturally rich bowls and mugs. Of these series her Africa bowls and perfume bottles are her most functional.
